Geçenlerde farklı dillerde yer alan ve İngilizce çevirisi olmayan bir kelimeler listesine denk geldim. Bazılarının anlamları gerçekten de çok hoşuma gitti. Bir çok duyguyu içinde barındıran bu kelimelerden biri "WALDEINSAMKEIT". Almanca olan bu özel kelime “Ormanda bir başınayken, yalnız olma duygusu ve doğaya bağlanma hissi.” anlamına geliyormuş. Yani stresli ve mutsuz olduğumuz anlarda "Waldeinsamkeit" yaşamalıyız. Ruh halimizi dengelemek için ormanda yürüyüşe çıkmalı, çıplak ayakla toprağı hissetmeli, doğayla baş başa kalmalı...
