To everyone: a reminder about self love. Recently I've seen a lot of disrespectful comments from women against other females; public figures, mothers, athletes etc. Posting a photo of you or your body can sometimes be a personal reminder to yourself that you're beautiful inside and out. You feel good and want to show it. It doesn't necessarily mean you're better than others, have more class or trying to flaunt in any form of a sexual way. To the people who are close to me: friends, family and my trainer, know how my self-doubt can get the better of me. This year I used Instagram as a way to slowly be more confident because due to past experiences / comments from others for many years, I myself question how I look ๐ Luckily having a positive side to me with supportive people around, I overcome it but never like to talk about it because I avoid being vulnerable so I use music, books and wrestling as a way of escaping the thought of not being 'good enough'. I would much rather try and make someone laugh or smile. So for once in my life I want to say I'm proud to look the way I am. Plus, I really love experimenting with my clothes ๐๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ Seeing others against one another using explicit language is not amusing. How did it become a world of unnecessary hatred from a range of individuals. If you have nothing nice to say that's okay, you carry on with your day and we'll do the same. We're all beautiful in our own unique way no matter what you look like. If you feel good about yourself don't hide it from anyone. You're incredibly wonderful! We need to stick together, men and women. โฎ๏ธ
