The first step and the most effective one for rehabbing any condition is breathing exercise. Goal is to be able to learn proper breathing and then progress with adding more movements to it for recruiting other muscles. Practice this before moving on to step 2! If you still reading than, the music here is a special prayer and hoping for things to get better and the world to heal faster!!! #inittogether Disclaimer: The Content provided is solely for informational and educational purpose and not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Too skinny, too fat, men or women, self or to others, dark skin or light skin, masculine or feminine.. BODY SHAMING IS NOT ALRIGHT, STOP IT.. NOW.

Words matter and if you are going to use them, then might as well use words to empower self and others instead of bringing others down. Thank you! #nobodyshaming

Low back pain with bending forward, leaning forward, sitting? Also sound on 📣if you would like to listen to my fav 🎵 Herniated disc or slipped disc results in severe back pain. In early phase, back muscles are in spasm and it is very hard to even move. Getting in certain position can relieve pain. However, gradually strengthening exercises should be introduced and progressed. Back pain patients mostly have a directional preference meaning the pain is either increased or decreased in bending or extending. Mostly, if the disc is herniated posteriorly or bulged, extension biased exercise can provide some relief as bending movements can cause irritation and increase the herniation. The mentioned exercises are for early to mid phase and should be performed without any pain and within point of comfort. Core muscles, includes your abdominal muscles, back muscles and the muscles around the pelvis. Having strong core muscles is important to do many physical activities, stabilize your body and prevent injuries. However just working on abs doing crunches and sit ups doesn’t make core strong. It’s is equally important to have good spinal mobility and also building core stability to prevent back injuries and for the core to work optimally during day to day activities. #core #pt #yoga #fun #collab #getstrong What a fun collab with @ajayprajapati_yoga Disclaimer: The Content provided is solely for informational and educational purpose and not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. There are many reasons for why one can get pain in the butt which may refer to the back. One of the reason is tightness of the Piriformis muscle. Piriformis syndrome is a condition in which the piriformis muscle, located in the buttock region, tightens and causes buttock pain. The piriformis muscle can also irritate the sciatic nerve.and cause pain, numbness and tingling along the back of the leg and into the foot Symptoms of piriformis syndrome often become worse after prolonged sitting, walking or running, and may feel better after lying down on the back. Try this piriformis muscle stretch and your body will thank you! As always, stretch should feel comfortable and not painful. Can hold it for 15-20 sec and repeat 3-5times,2-3x/day Disclaimer: The Content provided is solely for informational and educational purpose and not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
