CONSISTENCY >>> QUALITY

Living by this mantra, these days.
That's is the reason I am posting this LYCHEE LEMONADE picture.
I know this post is not up-to mark to embrace your feed or join army of #foodpic here.

Yet, still posting this picture to: 1) overcome my own imposter syndrome.
2) To be consistent
3) grow in public.

This photo was an attempt to learn beverage photography and highlight this aesthectic cement plate by @raaas.
Which I failed terribly 😅.

But failing is mandatory in learning. Isn't!

Thanks for being patient and listening to my story.
Okay here's the recipe:
🦋Peel lychee and remove the seeds.
🦋Grind it in the mixture.
🦋Strain the juice
🦋 Squeeze a lemon (1/2)
🦋 Add sugar to your taste.
🦋Mix it thoroughly.
🦋Serve with ice cubes
Tadaa.. tadaa.. it's ready 
Garnish with mint or basil.

In frame: LEMON ICE TEA (1) It doesn't require any description and is easy to make. The receipe goes like: Boil tea leaves till the water turn into brown red. Add sugar/honey (optinal) Keep it aside in fridge Take any container Pour 3-4 ice cubes Pour some drops( around half spoon) of lemon juice. Now, pour cold black tea. Tadaa... Ice-tea is ready. Masala Fafada The gujrat-rajasthan fusion If you are in gujrat you will serve fafada with jalebi. Or same delicicy with unripe papaya chutney and meethi kadhi. But if you are in the it's neighbouring states, Rajasthan You will have these yummy fafada with green chilies or with some savoury fillings. I love how food is analogous with water. Both change thier shape, according to the land they are in yet remain intact with thier core properties. The Fafada which is served with sweetness in gujrat. Compliments the spiciness of Rajasthan equal grace. P.s. I listened an amazing podcast @Threedesithings feat @krishashok. Prepared this 20-min Pan Pizza.
Recipe:
*Ingredients*
•Veggie available at home
•Cheese cubes/mozzarella cheese
•one day aged dough (wheat flour/ all purpose flour)
•Pizza topping (alternative ketchup and mayonnaise mix with herbs)

*Process*
• roll the dough into semi-thick Chapati
•cook it in pan till it starts rising.
•then, turn it on the other side 
• apply pizza sauce, veggies ,. and cheese.
• put a lid and cook it for 10-15 min on medium to high flame.
•sprinkle herbs and serve.

Waiting for a late night flight at airport or just need something to energize you And Wondering what to have, that keeps you warm and high IRISH COFFEE is the answer! (A drink whose roots lie in the airport) A simple 4 ingredient cocktail served in warm glass. It hits your head with its strong aroma and keeps you awake in late hours of night. The bitter-sweet fruity smell entices your nose and hot-cold play of freshly brewed coffee, whiskey and whipped cream put a test on your tongue. While you enjoy the flavours of this classic drink. Just remember! Irish coffee is not stirred, it is sipped directly through whipped cream. I had one at Nothing before coffee, ajmer outlet. It was good, but wasn't served with the whipped Cream. ALMOND COOKIE
 CHEESECAKE

I tried baking almond florentine cookies but failed.
As all I got was course, unshaped almond cookies.
I was scared because today was the deadline of #myfirstnamealphabetmeal
After some brainstorming I thought of making the almond cheesecake.
Bought the stuffs, grind the cookies and set the cake.
And here is the result.

In Frame : Fenugreek Aloe pickle. (Gawarpatha ke aachar) I remember as a kid I used to hate this pickle. But one day while watching a dialy soap called 'diya baati' (aired on indian television during that time) which showcasing a cookery competition. The plot was that contestents were given typical veggies to cook and my favourite contestant got aloe vera and there was a tensed air all around. As it was basic indian drama and the hero has to win, he made the epic Aloe pickle. And it's that day and today That this pickle is my favourite!!! KNOWLEDGE BUBBLE- 🌻 Aloe vera which belongs to aloe genus are called 'wonder plant' due to thier medicinal value. 🌻 Some part of the gel of the aloe vera can be used for brushing teeth. (To be specific a certain kind of gel found below in the leaf, research more thoroughly if you are using it.)
