Volcano Watcher 🚶🏻‍♂️🌋✨•Seeing the volcano in the middle of the night is definitely the most surreal experience I’ve ever had in my life. Words cannot express how crazy this feeling is. Iceland’s newest volcano in Geldingadalur 🌋🇮🇸•By far the most surreal thing I’ve ever experienced. Check the last clip of the crater collapsing! This is the first eruption on Reykjanes Peninsula in over 800 years, and it’s still ongoing as of now. Stay tuned for more photos tonight! 📸

Collapsing Crater 🌋🇮🇸✨• Visited the the first eruption on Reykjanes Peninsula in over 800 years, situated in Geldingadalur by Festarfjall mountain. Definitely the most surreal thing I’ve ever experienced. You could feel extreme heat coming from the lava, one of those things you have to experience to truly understand. I was lucky enough to capture this drone shot of the main crater collapsing. It happened only few seconds after I launched it so the footage is a little shaky, because I was losing my mind and didn’t know what direction to fly in 😂•Swipe for more shots! Golden Flow 💧🧊✨•I was scrolling through my photos from last summer and discovered something crazy. As you see on the second and the seventh photo, I spotted an old shipwreck stranded on shore. I could not find any information about it on the internet. It looks very old and rusty, might be from the World War II. Any ship expert here that knows what type this is? •Icelandic glacial rivers are truly mind blowing from above. Puffin Collection 🐦🇮🇸✨ • Collection of Puffin shots I took in Westman Islands last August. It’s always magical to see puffins up close and watch them fly around. Fun fact, Westman Islands boasts the largest puffin colony in the world, with over 2 million puffins. In addition, around 60% of the world’s puffin population breeds around the Icelandic shore and on the islands. Have you ever seen a puffin? 🐦 • Swipe for more shots! Which one is your favorite? 📸

Heart Falls ♥️💧✨ • Series from one of the most unique waterfalls of Iceland. The small canyon in upper part of the waterfall is shaped like a heart. Abstract Pools 💧🎨✨ • Otherworldly abstract glacial pool formations in Iceland. Definitely one of the most unique places I’ve seen. This area is much bigger than you might think. For size reference, the pools are around the same size as 63 football fields. And the mountain behind is 623 meters high, which is the same height as 3500 bananas stacked on top of each other 🍌 • Swipe for more shots! Which one is your favorite? 📸

Puffin Island 🌋🐦✨ • One of my all time favorite images I’ve ever captured. This isolated island is a half-sunken volcanic crater filled with thousands of puffins and other birdlife. The size of this island is hard to show on photos, but if you look closely, you can see a house in the middle of it. The cliffs on the right side are 105 meters high (344 feet) and the island itself is around 800 meters in diameter (2600 feet). • I had to fly my drone 6,2 kilometers (3.86 miles) to reach this island, so I only had enough battery to take this one pano shot. The weather conditions were absolutely perfect, no wind and calm seas 🚁🌊 • Swipe for more shots! Which one is your favorite? 📸

Mordor’s Peak 🔥🌄✨ • Otherworldly sunrise conditions in East Iceland. This was taken around 2:31 AM as the sun started to peak through the low clouds. An experience you will never forget 🤯 • Swipe left to see an UNEDITED video from this place. No color adjustments at all, only music added. I was lucky to get the perfect weather conditions for the the emerald color to glow like that. River Drives 🚗💧✨ • Driving around the Highlands of Iceland in summer is a magical experience. Otherworldly vibrant landscapes and endless river crossings. Most rivers on F-roads are unbridged so it can be a challenge to get around. This river crossing is one of my favorites because it’s right next to a waterfall. I originally posted the first video on Reels, but I wanted to share more photos from this spot here. And yes, this is an official road. Off road driving is strictly forbidden in Iceland. Leave areas as you found them, stay on marked roads and respect nature 🌱 • Swipe for more shots! Which one is your favorite? 📸

Twilight Glow 🌅⛰✨ • Series from one of the most insane sunrises I’ve ever experienced in my life. I’ve always dreamed of getting those conditions by Kirkjufell and it finally happened. I took these photos around 2:10 AM on June 21st, which is the summer solstice. It was right after I came back down from climbing Kirkjufell so I was extremely tired, but this color explosion definitely made up for it. Sunset was at 12:02 AM and sunrise at 3:01 AM, and it didn’t even get dark in between. What’s crazy is that the sky was like this for almost 2 hours 🤯 • Swipe for more shots! Arctic Crater ❄️☘️✨ • I’ve been to this spot in both winter and summer so I wanted to make a comparison post showing the color changes. The feeling of being there in extreme winds and -10°C (14°F) was really crazy, but the glowing sky made me forget how cold it was. And that sunrise was at 10:30 AM, so it wasn’t too bad 😂. The summer version was shot right before sunset, which was at 11:45 PM and it was around 10°C (50°F), crazy how much difference is between winter and summer! • Which season you prefer, winter or summer? ❄️☘️👇🏼
