I purposely did not put music over this 😂. There’s not a day that is dull at the gym. Also. I’m baaack! I was in Florida on vacation for almost 2 weeks celebrating my daughter being cancer free 🥳. Also, 10% of all sales through the link in my bio throughout the rest of November and December will be going towards childhood cancer fighters for Christmas. Christmas was financially difficult during Hazel‘s treatment. We had to make the decision to pay bills or buy Christmas gifts. Thankfully Beautiful people helped us! I’ve never liked deadlifts. I’ve never been any good at them. But today I hit a new PR (personal record)! Do you remember all of those slow deadlifts I’ve been working on?! Welp, they paid off with a whopping 15lbs PR! I can officially Deadlift over 100lbs more than my own body weight 💪🏼. #235club #deadlift
